A single property website is a fully functioning standalone website dedicated to one street address (or home) for sale - for example www.123yourstreet.com.au
The objective of the Single Property Site is to bypass the major real estate portals and link your prospect direct to that property. By funnelling your prospect direct to the property site it bypasses any distractions by competitor agent listings through those major portals - ultimately retaining your audience.
On the surface it seems like a great idea to funnel your prospects, but I'm not convinced of their necessity and I have more questions than answers.
Initially the property would be advertised through offline media such as newspaper advertising directing the prospect to the online media to find out more about the property and about the listing agent.
